    Advisory & Strategy Development

    With the Investment Property Analysis (IPA) complete, we then discuss and strategize with the owner/investor to define and outline the strategy that will best achieve the desired results within acceptable risk levels.

    • Is maximum cash flow the focus or is long-term growth of capital (equity) the priority; or is the goal to improve your income tax burden on income?

    • Do you hold some properties as-is, cash-out refinance and reinvest the available proceeds from others, and/or yet sell and reinvest the cash proceeds of others?

    • Do you move capital (equity) to other property types, more passive tenant-in-common opportunities or alternative investment/asset classes altogether?

    The Carlson Company will assist, direct and help make/execute these critical investment decisions. It is usually recommended by The Carlson Company that the Advisory & Strategy Development process be completed annually.
